When I try to login with my account email, it tells me to login through my platform (Steam). Yet in the game after I log in, when I click redeem, there is no link to redeem this code for BDO i got from a friend. Had I the regular non steam account, I could.. so what is the work around?

Also, this is a pretty crappy decision on their part to lock out the redeem item code entry box. Other than pissing off your player base what purpose does that decision serve?

Had to go to pearl shop and purchase pearls, that would open the official page tab in the overlay, then i was logged in my steam account in that page and went to redeem code there, there is no redeem code button ingame for Black Desert SA i guess (posted here cuz no one would answer in SA)

Back a few years ago before publishers changed, you used to be able to click the redeem menu in bdo to open the in-game steam browser to a page with some red boxes and stuff where you could redeem codes and such. Now when you press the button I just get taken to this page.

I see how "Web Storage" is a thing on the new website through chrome to redeem stuff like twitch drops and send them to your inbox, but what is this menu steam is opening up and why is it blank?

Also: What happened to those returning player bundles you used to be able to get from the redeem menu? They used to come with stuff like 7-day blessing of kamasylve, wizard gosphy, and more. I miss those and haven't been able to find anything one way or another on what happened to them.
