รับทราบ และ จะรีบดําเนินการ ภาษาอังกฤษ

โดยทั่วไปแล้วการตอบรับทราบข้อความหรือสิ่งที่ผู้อื่นบอกเรามาถือเป็นมารยาททางการสื่อสารอย่างหนึ่ง เนื่องจากในบางครั้งผู้ส่งข้อความอาจจะไม่ได้ร้องขอให้ตอบกลับแต่ถ้าเราตอบกลับจะเป็นการเพิ่มความรู้สึกดีขึ้นเล็กน้อยให้กับผู้ส่งข้อความมา แสดงถึงความเป็นมิตรนั่นเอง โดยมากเราจะนิยมตอบกลับกันในรูปแบบ Email ของการทำงาน ดังนั้นวันนี้จึงมีข้อความตอบกลับทาง Email ที่น่าสนใจให้สามารถลองนำไปใช้กันได้ ดังนี้

ตอบเมล์ภาษาอังกฤษว่ารับทราบแล้ว

ในการตอบเมล์เพื่อบอกให้อีกฝ่ายรู้ว่า ได้รับเมล์แล้ว อ่านแล้ว เข้าใจแล้ว เราสามารถตอบเมล์สั้นๆว่า Noted, thanks. ก็ได้นะ…

แต่…ถ้าตอบแค่ว่า “รับทราบ” เฉยๆ คงไม่ดีแน่ เพราะว่าเวลาที่เราตอบว่า “รับทราบ” อีกฝ่ายก็จะเกิดข้อคำถามว่า แล้วไงต่อล่ะ…ดังนั้นถ้าอยากให้มันเคลียร์ ให้เราตอบให้ชัดๆไปเลย ว่าจะเอายังไงต่อ… เช่น

ข้อความผู้ส่ง : We have an important meeting tomorrow at 9 am.
เรามีประชุมประชุมสำคัญพรุ่งนี้เวลา 9 โมงเช้า

ข้อความตอบกลับ : Noted, with thanks. See you at 8.45.
รับทราบค่ะ ขอบคุณ เจอกันเวลา 8.45

ข้อความตอบกับ : Thank you for your information. I’ll be there at 8.45.
ขอบคุณสำหรับข้อมูล ดิฉันจะไปถึงที่นั่นเวลา 8.45.
