สภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานทั่วไปของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนครพนม Conditions and Problems of General Administration in Schools under Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational
The purposes of this research were to study and compare conditions and problems of general administration in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area. The samples consisted of administrators, heads of general administration, teachers in charge of general administration, and teachers, yielding a total of 356 participants working in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area, in the academic year 2018.
The stratified sampling was employed for a sample size selection. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire, which divided into two parts aspects: conditions and problems of general administration. The reliability values were determined for each part ranging respectively at 0.939, and 0.976. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA.
The findings were as followed:
1. The conditions of general
administration in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area as perceived by administrators, heads of general administration, teachers in charge of general administration and teachers, as a whole were at a high level, whereas the problems were at a moderate level.
2. The conditions of general administration in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area as perceived by participants, classified by position as a whole and each
aspect were not different. The problems as a whole were not different. When considering each aspect.
3. The conditions of general administration in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area as perceived by participants, classified by work experience, as a whole and each aspect were not different. The problems as a whole and each aspect were not different.
4. The conditions of general administration in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary
Educational Service Area as perceived by participants, classified by school sizes, as a whole and each aspect were not different. The problems of general administration, as a whole were statistically significant difference at the level of .01. When considering each aspect, there was statistically significant difference at the level of .05.
5. The conditions of general administration in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area as perceived by participants,
classified by the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area, as a whole and each aspect were not different. The problems as a whole and each aspect were not different.
6. In this research, the researcher has proposed the guidelines for improving conditions and problem solving on general administration in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area, including four aspects: Administration and Clerical Work, Resources and Building, Networking and
Information Technology, and Student Affairs.
