โรงไฟฟ้าโกลว์ พลังงาน โซล่าร์ ที่ใช้เทคโนโลยี Photovoltaic ตั้งอยู่ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมเอเชีย ได้เริ่มดำเนินงานไปแล้วเมื่อเดือนสิงหาคม 2555 มีกำลังการผลิตติดตั้ง 1.55 เมกะวัตต์ ซึ่งผลิตและจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าให้กับกฟภ.

โรงไฟฟ้าโกลว์ พลังงาน โครงการระยะที่ 2 เป็นโรงไฟฟ้าพลังความร้อนร่วมที่ใช้ก๊าซธรรมชาติเป็นเชื้อเพลิง (Combined Cycle Natural Gas-Fired Cogeneration Plant) ซึ่งได้เริ่มดำเนินการเชิงพาณิชย์ในเดือนเมษายน 2539 มีกำลังผลิตไฟฟ้า 281 เมกะวัตต์และมีกำลังการผลิตไอน้ำ 300 ตันต่อชั่วโมง ไฟฟ้าที่ผลิตได้จากโรงไฟฟ้าแห่งนี้ได้จำหน่ายให้แก่กฟผ. และลูกค้าอุตสาหกรรมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด และจำหน่ายไอน้ำให้แก่ลูกค้าอุตสาหกรรมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด นอกจากนี้ โรงไฟฟ้าโกลว์ พลังงาน โครงการระยะที่ 2 แห่งนี้ยังมีโรงงานผลิตน้ำเพื่ออุตสาหกรรมที่สามารถผลิตน้ำสะอาด (Clarified Water) จำนวน 900 ตันต่อชั่วโมง และน้ำปราศแร่ธาตุจำนวน 280 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อชั่วโมง เพื่อส่งให้กับโรงงานผลิตไอน้ำและน้ำโกลว์ พลังงาน โครงการระยะที่ 1 และจำหน่ายให้แก่ลูกค้าในอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุดและนิคมอุตสาหกรรมใกล้เคียง

Glow business is divided in Independent Power Producer and Cogeneration business lines. We have total generating capacity of 3,187.55 MW of electricity, 1,206 tons per hour of steam, 5,482 cubic meters per hour of processed water and 3,400 refrigerated tons per hour of chilled water. Glow Energy Public Company Limited or GLOW is publicly listed on The Stock Exchange of Thailand and 69.11% (as of December 2012) owned by GDF SUEZ Energy Asia, a group owning and operating 10.4 GW of installed production capacity in region.
