• Control and monitor the performance of all subordinates and Outsource Agent
• Handle, monitor and improve the Collection process
• Train and provide some advice to subordinates and Outsource Agent when they have problems
• Train and develop collection skill of collectors
• Coordinate with concern parties
• Provide report to supervisors as per requested
• Other jobs as per the assignment
  

Education Level: Bachelor Degree in any filed
Experience: 3-5 years

• Good Personality, Logical Thinking, Enthusiasm and able to work under pressure,
• Able to use MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
• Multi-task and high responsibility.
• Able to communicate in english both speaking and writing
