•• Thai nationality only
• Bachelors degree in any field
• At least 2 years experience in the hospitality or tourism industry with knowledge of bookings/reservations/supplier online systems
• Good command of English (TOEIC score at 700+)
• Proficient in computer skills and can use excel and MS outlook
• Typing speed: minimum 35 wpm (English)/excess of 50 wpm is a plus
• Able to multi task and have a pleasant phone / writing manner
• Experience in customer service and or travel-related field is an advantage

This role is particularly suited to candidates that have an interest in writing about travel, enjoy working in an international environment and are Internet savvy. The role does not require or include traveling. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Review and edit content before publishing online (editorial reviews, customer reviews, city and country content, room descriptions)
• Liaise with outsource staff regarding content and editorial projects
• Writing original content for expansion sites
• Review and edit web content
• Work closely with the Executive Editor to contribute travel articles for online PR and customer newsletter
• Develop new content areas for use with SEO and online marketing

Job summary We are seeking a Market Manager to help expand our room supply network (hotels in Laos). This person should be experienced in the hotel and/or travel industry or have sales or marketing experiences with previous exposure in hotel contract negotiation. He/she is capable of establishing and managing hotel relationships. He/she will be assisting other trade partnership related functions and identify market trend and define potential supply sources. Roles & Responsibilities:
• General:
• Identify, qualify, and contact potential hotel suppliers.
• Ensure last room availability and pricing competitiveness.
• Grow transactions and revenue for key destinations.
• Manage contracting process with new suppliers and contract renewal with existing partners.
• Define team operation processes and delegate task.
• Act as key contact point for suppliers to maintain relationship
• Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, pricing, vouchers, notification, cancellations, etc.
• Participate in market research as required.
• Evaluate production and determine follow up action. Administration:
• Prepare presentations, proposal, and contract.
