แบไต๋ทิปส์วันนี้ขอเสนอ ย้าย Line มาเครื่องใหม่ยังไงให้ (ข้อมูลไม่หาย) กันเถอะ!! ทำไมต้องย้าย? มีมือถือใหม่? เครื่องหาย? ไลน์หาย? เป็นปัญหาเล็ก ๆ ที่พบเห็นบ่อย ๆ ครับ ผม “เกตต์” จะมาแบไต๋ทิปส์ง่าย ๆ ที่จะให้ไลน์ไม่หาย ข้อความ สติกเกอร์ ธีม อยู่ครบกัน

ก่อนอื่นเลยในบัญชีเดิมของเราต้อง ลงทะเบียนอีเมล์ หรือเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Line เข้ากับ Facebook ไว้ก่อน

เพราะเรามีวิธีการโอนย้ายข้อมูลบัญชี 2 วิธี

1. ใช้ Email
2. ใช้ Facebook

ไปกันเลย!! ไปที่ตั้งค่า(รูปเฟือง) – บัญชี – กรอกอีเมล์ รหัสผ่าน หรือ กดเชื่อมต่อ Facebook เลยครับ สำหรับคนที่ยังไม่เคยกรอก ส่วนเบอร์โทรศัพท์มีอยู่แล้วจากที่เราเคยลงทะเบียนไว้ครั้งแรก หรือจะเปลี่ยนก็ได้ครับ

แต่เดี๋ยวก่อน หากมีการสนทนาที่เราอยากจะเก็บไว้ ไม่ว่าจะคุยงาน คุยกับแฟน คุยกับลูกค้า คุยกับลูกหนี้ เราก็สามารถเก็บบันทึกการสนทนาไว้ก่อนได้ พอย้ายเครื่องเสร็จเราก็เอามาลงใหม่ได้ มาลองกันเลย

ไปที่ตั้งค่า (รูปเฟือง) เลือก “แชท/Chat”

#สำหรับAndroid ดูเมนูแรก “สำรองข้อมูล & เรียกคืนข้อมูล”

• สำรองข้อมูลไปยัง Google ไดรฟ์
• เลือกบัญชีที่เราจะเก็บไฟล์แบคอัปไว้ครับ
• กดอนุญาต เรียบร้อย

#สำหรับiOS ดู “สำรองข้อมูลการแชท/Chat History Backup”

• สำรองข้อมูลตอนนี้ / Back up now ระบบจะทำการ Backup ซักครู่แล้วไปเก็บไว้ที่ iCloud ซึ่งเราสามารถอัปเดต Backup ไว้ได้เรื่อย ๆ จะช่วยให้เรากู้ข้อมูลได้เวลาเครื่องหายด้วยครับ

ลงทะเบียนเบอร์โทร Email Facebook และ Backup ข้อมูลเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผมพร้อมที่จะย้ายเครื่องแล้วครับ “ห้ามกดลบบัญชี” ถ้าเราจะย้ายเครื่องใหม่ไม่ต้องลบบัญชีนะครับ ถ้าลบข้อมูลทุกอย่างจะหายหมดเลย เราแค่ “Logout” หรือง่ายกว่านั้น “ลบแอป” ไปเลยง่ายดี หรือง่ายกว่านั้นอีก “Login ในเครื่องใหม่” ไลน์ก็จะเด้งออกจากเครื่องเก่าเองเลยครับ

  • มันไม่ได้ไปเชื่อมต่อผ่าน App Facebook ครับ มันจะไปที่ Browser ถ้าเคย Login ไว้แล้ว
  • ก็กด “ดำเนินการต่อ” ได้เลยครับ แต่ถ้ายังก็ต้อง Login Facebook ก่อน
  • ถ้าใครใช้ Facebook ในแอปกับ Browser คนละบัญชีกัน ก็ต้องระวังเชื่อมต่อผิดด้วยนะครับ
  • วิธีนี้เราก็เลือก “เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Facebook” ตรงตัวเลยครับ และยืนยันด้วยเบอร์โทรศัพท์อีกครั้ง เหมือนวิธีแรก แค่นี้เข้าได้เลยง่ายสุด ๆ

ทีนี้ไฮไลท์ก็คือ เราสามารถนำบันทึกการสนทนากลับมาได้ด้วยครับ เราสอน Backup ไปแล้วก็ต้องสอน Restore หรือกู้คืนด้วยครับ

• #สำหรับแอนดรอย ดูเมนูแรกเหมือนเดิม “สำรองข้อมูล & เรียกคืนข้อมูล” จิ้มไปที่ “เรียกคืนข้อมูล” – เลือกบัญชีที่เราเก็บไฟล์แบคอัปไว้เมื่อกี้ เรียบร้อย มาแล้วววว
• #สำหรับiOS หลังจาก Login จะมีหน้า “เรียกคืนประวัติการแชท” กด “เรียกคืนประวัติการแชทจากข้อมูลที่สำรองไว้” เรียบร้อยครับผม ง่ายมาก ๆ
